1. Use of Service
Solemates provides a specialized platform designed to reunify orphaned socks. By accessing heysolemates.com, you agree to engage with our community and algorithms in good faith. Our service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service for any reason, without notice, at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of these evolving terms.
2. User Responsibility
Accuracy is the soul of a good match. When uploading media, you must adhere to our visual integrity standards:
Intentional misidentification of footwear may lead to account suspension to maintain the curator’s trust.
4. Mutual Opt-in
To protect your privacy, contact sharing is strictly mutual. We will only release email or shipping details once both parties have explicitly confirmed a "Soul Match" in the interface. Respect for fellow curators is our highest mandate.
5. Limitation of Liability
Solemates is provided "as is." We are not responsible for lost socks, emotional distress due to unrequited matches, or shipping disputes between users. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for any premium services utilized.
